What is your warranty policy?

All of our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs are free. PLEASE NOTE: Any work performed on AIMINIA JEWELRY OFFICIAL pieces by outside jewelers will void the warranty. This is simply because we can never guarantee the work of others and most jewelers are not specialized in our settings or lab diamonds

What is your return and exchange policy?

Everything we do is completely custom, from start to finish, made just for you. Every detail of your piece is made to your personal preferences, we offer returns for a worry-free shopping experience, and we have a rigorous approval process for both your gemstone and CAD design to confirm you like it before we start production to ensure you love your piece
