Every detail of your piece is based on your personal preferences, we offer a 30-day return policy for worry-free shopping, and we have a strict approval process for both your gemstone and CAD design to confirm you like it before we start production to ensure you love your piece.

2:refund

We will notify you once we receive your return and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days
Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and issue the refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not supported for orders that have no quality issues and are customized
